The menu at SEVVA is inspired by the cultural diversity of Hong Kong, with a cosmopolitan mix of authentic tastes typical of those created in everyday Chinese regional kitchens adding to the myriad of influences from the colonial era. Chefs from the five kitchens – Indian spiced, Cantonese, Shanghainese, Western and dessert – prepare signature dishes that are fresh and wholesome, simple and honest, using the finest produce sourced from local markets and around the world.
SEVVA has won many international awards, and was named one of the nine healthiest restaurants in the world by Bupa Global in 2017.
